I have been a patient of Dr Singleton since he opened his practice in Buena Vista.Have had nothing but positive experiences with the Doctor and his employees.All are very friendly and professional.
I went to see Judy last year. She is a great PA so I wanted to go back this year for my wellness exam...I made an appointment for today January 30 at noon...Went in and they said she was off but I could see singleton after lunch. The young lady at the desk didn't even acknowledge my appointment at 12 and the whole office was away till 1pm as per their sign on the window..I used the patient portal online to make the appointment...It was confirmed for date and time on their side...I also got a reminder email the night before...Why did they not call to let me know that she didn't work that day or that my appointment time was not tracking with their lunch time? I live in Columbus and it is out of my way to go there but I preferred this office and made the 30 minute trip to and from for nothing. Never going back again.
